Sore muscles, clean food pictures on my Instagram feed, … Yep I am starting to work out again! After over 4 months of couchpotatoing, feeling bad, having problems with my balance, figuring out I am allergic to dust mite and have hay fever, & still having some problems with my shoulder (not complaining here); it was time to get back on track. A fast track to Healthyville I hope!
I got myself My boyfriend got me a gym membership (because he knows he needs to push me from time to time), I made a pact with myself to eat healthier and drink a maximum of 3 alcoholic beverages a week (which will be tough with BBQ season coming) and I am doing the 30 Day Ab Challenge on Facebook (or I might mix things up with some Blogilates or Kayla Itsines). Starting now, I will keep you posted on my progress and tips along the way.
Tip 1? Buy yourself a fabulous workout outfit to get started and get your mind into it. My favorites? Adidas and H&M workout clothing and Nike workout shoes. But I’m sure I will discover lots of other cool brands in the coming months. But for now, let’s get started by ordering one of these outfits. Go sports!
